Subject: The Bush EPA: A Spooky Retrospective

[1]Recently, the Environmental Protection Agency decided not to regulate [2]perchlorate in U.S. drinking water. It's a refusal that comes as no great surprise after nearly eight years of clean air, water, and land rollbacks under the presidency of George W. Subject: Letters from Vietnam - The Road to Na Sai

Editor's note: Have you been wondering what happened to former Celsias editor Craig Mackintosh? Below, he fills us in on his adventures in Vietnam working for the Permacutlure Research Institue, complete with beautiful photographs.

We catch a rare glimpse of an ancient and beautiful culture - the Black Thai people - and applaud the work of a modern day NGO who is working to help improve the lives of these noble people whilst retaining their unique identity - just as a new road threatens their natural, low-carbon existence.
